The Johns Creek Poetry Group will feature local poet Karen Paul Holmes, who will read from her recent work and do a workshop on poetry submissions on Saturday, August 19.She founded/hosts the Side Door Poets group in Atlanta. In 2012, she received an Elizabeth George Foundation emerging writer grant for poetry. Her publishing credits include a number of journals and anthologies. Adults and students 10 years of age and older are welcome.
