William Vaughn Moody

William Vaughn Moody, born on July 8, 1869, in Spencer, Indiana, was a playwright, poet, and editor. He was the author of several works, including the poetry collections Gloucester Moors and Other Poems (Houghton, Mifflin & Co., 1901) and Poems (Houghton, Mifflin & Co., 1901), as well as the plays The Faith Healer (Houghton, Mifflin & Co., 1909), and The Great Divide (The Macmillan Company, 1911). He died on October 17, 1910.
