Dear Ms. Waldman,
I really liked your poem because it was descriptive and imaginative. Why did you put so many characters in your poem? Why did you write “Fast Speaking Woman” as the title? My favorite character in your poem is “monkey woman” because it reminds me of the zoo. I never speak fast. I am never a chipmunk woman or a rock woman or any of these. I do not relate to the poem, but I like it.
