John Blondel is a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs. Joining the firm in 1983, Mr. Blondel has been in the Investment Management Division since 1996 where his responsibilities include serving as advisor to families, foundations, and trusts. In addition to the Academy of American Poets, where he serves on the Executive Committee, Mr. Blondel serves on the Board of the Jackie Robinson Foundation and the Board and Executive Committee of the Friends of the High Line in New York City. Mr. Blondel has served in several roles at Harvard. He has been a member of and chaired the Board of Overseers Committee to Visit the Memorial Church. He also was chair of the National Committee for Memorial Church for the Church’s Capital campaign. He currently is cochair of his class for the Harvard College Fund. Mr. Blondel received his AB from Harvard College and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
