The Academy presents the recipients of its seven major awards and prizes, from the Walt Whitman Award for a poet’s first book to the Wallace Stevens Award for lifetime achievement in the art of poetry.
Featured readers include Michael Palmer, introduced by Fanny Howe; Carl Phillips, Eleanor Lerman, Tracy K. Smith, Walt Whitman award winner Anne Pierson Wiese, and translation prize winners John DuVal, introduced by Michael Palma, and Richard Zenith, introduced by Willis Barnstone.
