Award-winning poets Eduardo C. Corral, Matthea Harvey, and Jennifer Militello each begin their reading at New York Public Library with a poem written by an iconic American poet that they've selected from the library's Berg Collection. The Library will display digital copies of these original drafts at the reading.
The Henry W. and Albert A. Berg Collection of English and American Literature includes some 35,000 printed items and 2,000 linear feet of archives and manuscripts representing the work of more than 400 authors and poets dating from 15th century to the present.
Capacity is limited. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. |
