Each year for more than twenty years, the Parkmont School has been celebrating the creative talents of the District of Columbia's middle and secondary school students by sponsoring the Parkmont Poetry Festival. The annual event, which includes prizes and a Festival Book featuring student work, is open to the public.
The 36th Parkmont Poetry Festival is scheduled for April 28, 2018.
