Description
"The Waves of My Life" is a collection of poems that all have to do with the ocean. I chose this topic because for nearly my entire life, until now, I have spent every day, looking out at the ocean from my home. Just as the ocean is a huge and open geographic body, its a huge and open place for perception and understanding. Each of these poets looks at the ocean in his or her own way, some of them in ways that relate to how I view the ocean, and some that are just interesting and new ways for me to recognize. |
